Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept any returns or exchanges. Once you place an order, we will hand make your product and ship it within the next few days. Our team is dedicated to safely packaging every product with love and care.
However, on a rare occasion, should an item arrive damaged during transit we will do our best to resolve the issue by either shipping a new product or issue a refund.
