The shipping cost is calculated based on the parcel weight by the chosen post scheme.
We do not make any profit off the shipping charge.
We ship all parcels with tracking number and the time frame could vary depending on the load of the post office.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept any returns or exchanges. Once you place an order, we will hand make your product and ship it within the next few days. Our team is dedicated to safely packaging every product with love and care. However, on a rare occasion, an item may arrive damaged during transit.
For any damaged items, please contact us at info@pisanacrystals.com with a picture of the damaged item and Subject Line "Damaged Item" for a quick response.
Candle Information.
Our candles are made of 100% soy wax (Soybean) and we use essential oils for the scent.
Soybeans are members of the pea (legume) family of vegetables which makes our candles a vegan and an Eco-friendly product.
Soy wax is cleaner burning and soy candles do not emit the 'diesel-fume' toxins that paraffin candles do.
Essential oils can be used in aromatherapy, a kind of complementary medicine that uses smell to improve your health and can also typically be applied to the skin.
Studies have shown that essential oils may help: Boost mood, reduced stress and increase attentiveness.
All crystals are ethically sourced, we handpick the crystal vendors and the crystals themselves. Making sure they are of top quality.
Candle Care.
First burn - allow the wax to reach the outside rim of the jar to set its "memory".
Otherwise, there may be tunneling.
Each time you burn the candle, it should "remember" to burn out to the rim.
When the top layer of the wax is fully melted, blow out the flame & safely remove your magical crystals.
Crystals are safe to leave inside the candle during a burn, however, please monitor the candle by making sure that the crystals don't damage the wick.
If the crystals begin to interfere with melting process please remove to allow the candle to burn evenly.
Trim the wick 1/4 before every use to avoid "mushrooming".
After the candle comes to an end, simple clean out the jar with hot water and a drop of detergent. You now have a beautiful container to keep your crystal collection or plant a plant in!
